September is the month where the police state shows its logistical power, its arms, and the people who carry their uniform – those who have massacred our Peoples throughout all their dirty history…
September is the month where the owners of the ranch known as Chile celebrate their so-called independence, or rather, the birth of their state, their army and their flag – two authorities and a symbol which together with the church have ruled the life of that country and those denominated as Chilean for the past 201 years.
More than 200 years of genocide and plunder to our indigenous Mapuche and other peoples are behind the proud flaming flag; a police state behind modern democracy followed by an ignorant mass sick of injustice, and the ongoing criminalization of dissent of our communities in struggle.
Our communities in resistance have been brutally attacked across the continent from Wallmapu to Turtle Island for the reclamation of land, autonomy and freedom. This September will not be a celebration for scoundrels, but a tribute to our ongoing struggles and resistance in solidarity against the chains that keep us prisoner!

CASE BACKROUND
MAPUCHE POLITICAL PRISONERS & COMMUNITIES IN RESISTENCE
On March 22nd, 2011, the Chilean Supreme Court sentenced our 4 Mapuche Political Prisoners, Hector Llaitul, Ramon Llanquileo, José Hueneche, and Jonathan Huillical, to 8 and 12 years prison, for allegedly assaulting fiscal Prosecutor Mario Elgueta. That same prosecutor had received Counterterrorism training by special intelligence services including the FBI and CSIS prior to the incident, which resulted in the perfect set-up to continue the policies of genocide perpetrated by the Chilean State against our Mapuche Nation.
The final sentencing of the assassin, who murdered our beloved brother Matias Catrileo, will also be examined this month. Matias was murdered on January 3rd 2008 through a shot to the back by Officer Walter Ramirez. We demand PUNISHMENT and to GO OUT ONTO THE STREETS to repudiate the ongoing genocide of the Chilean State.

14 Chilean Anarchists/Revolutionaries of the “Bombs Case” Setup
On August 14th, 2010, various squats/social centres and homes were raided throughout the Metropolitan Region of Santiago, $hile, including 3 collective libraries containing anti-authoritarian literature. The criminalization of dissent and anarchist ideals is actively being persecuted under the direction of Interior Minister, Rodrigo Hinzpeter. The great quantity of critical literature and discourse against exploitation are perfect elements for the Chilean State to orchestrate a setup against 14 comrades that are currently being processed under the Antiterrorist Law, within the so-called “Bombs Case.”

The Toronto G20 Conspiracy 17
On June 26th 2010, the witch hunt for the alleged “ringleaders” of the mobilizations against the Toronto G20 Summit were carried out through various house raids and street abductions by the Integrated Security Unit, composed of local, provincial & federal police forces. A total of 20 anarchists/activists would be harshly charged with Conspiracy with the objective of specifically criminalizing the actions of the Southern Ontario Anarchist Resistance, the Indigenous Sovereignty and Migrant Justice Movements through the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. The preliminary hearing of the current 17 co-accused will begin on September 12th, and will continue on through to November of this year.
The three cases presented form part of the same ideological, political, social and cultural criminalization that is intrinsic to an unjust and contaminated system that is fearful of its own disappearance.

ANTECEDENTES
PPM & Comunidades Mapuche en Resistencia
El 22 de marzo del 2011, la Corte Suprema fallo en contra de nuestros 4 Presos Políticos Mapuche, Hector Llaitul, Ramon Llanquileo, José Hueneche y Jonathan Huillical, quienes fueron condenados a 8 y 12 años de prisión, dentro del marco de
un supuesto asalto al Fiscal Mario Elgueta. El mismo fiscal quien fue adiestrado por los servicios de inteligencia del FBI, y el CSIS en temas de Antiterrorismo, resulto elaborar el montaje perfecto para poder condenar a nuestros peñis y así mismo continuar la política genocida del Estado $hileno contra nuestro Pueblo Nación Mapuche.
Se adhiere además el caso de nuestro querido hermano Matias Catrileo, quien fue asesinado por la espalda por el carabinero Walter Ramírez, el 3 de enero del 2008. El fallo definitivo contra este asesino a sueldo será dictaminado durante este mes, por lo que exigimos CASTIGO al culpable y A SALIR A LAS CALLES en repudio al Estado Chileno genocida. ¡ANTE LA INJUSTICIA WINKA, HABRA JUSTICIA MAPUCHE!

14 Anarquistas/Libertarios del Montaje “Caso Bombas”
El 14 de agosto del 2010, son allanados distintos centros sociales ocupados, incluyendo 3 bibliotecas de corte anti-autoritario, y casas particulares de la región metropolitana de Santiago, $hile. Bajo el amparo del Ministro del Interior Rodrigo Hinzpeter, se busca criminalizar la protesta social y la idea anarquista. La gran cantidad de literatura critica y discurso contra la explotación, son perfectas para que el Estado Chileno orqueste un montaje en contra de 14 compañerxs que se encuentran procesados bajo la Ley Antiterrorista, dentro del marco del-llamado “Caso Bombas.”

Los 17 Anarquistas/Libertarios del “Caso Conspiración” del G20 en Toronto
El 26 de junio del 2010, la casería de los denominados “cabecillas” de las movilizaciones en contra de la reunión del G20 en Torontose llevaría a cabo a través de distintos allanamientos a casas particulares y secuestros callejeros por parte de la Unidad de Seguridad Integrada (Integrated Security Unit) compuesta por diversas divisiones policiales locales y federales. Un total de 20 anarquistas/activistas serian procesados bajo duros cargos de Conspiración con el propósito de criminalizar específicamente las acciones de la Resistencia Anarquista del Sur de Ontario (SOAR), el Movimiento Soberanista Indígena y el Movimiento de Justicia Inmigratoria a través de las provincias de Ontario y Quebec en Klanada. El juicio preliminar de los 17 actualmente procesados se llevara a cabo el 12 de septiembre y durara hasta mediados de noviembre.
El poder durante toda su historia ha perseguido a los que se rebelan, a los que expanden el conflicto contra la autoridad. Los que no quieren participar del sistema y ser parte del “rebaño que ordeñan los ricos.”
Los tres casos presentados forman parte de una misma criminalización ideológica, política, social y cultural que viene y es intriseca de un sistema injusto y
viciado que tiene temor a desaparecer.
